Refund policy
RETURNS
If you would like to return your item please contact us at sales@vamaroeyewear.com. State your name, order number and the reason for your return. This must be within 14 days of purchase and the item unworn and in new condition (including undamaged packaging and stickers still in place). We do not offer refunds on preorders or gift cards.
If you opt to return an item we will issue you with either a store credit for the same amount. We do not offer any returns or refunds for 'sale' items discounted 10% or higher. This allows us to give you the best possible prices. This includes any holiday offers and black Friday sales. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.
All specifications of our products are listed on the product pages. As we are an online retailer, it is the consumer's responsibility to double-check that they indeed want to purchase the product based on the images and specifications, and check the sizing before purchasing.
WARRANTY
All Vamaro eyewear products come with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty. If you believe any item is defective or damaged in transit, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us immediately at sales@vamaroeyewear.com. Someone from our customer support team will discuss with you and process your warranty claim if your item arrived damaged.
Any water damage to the sunglasses is not covered under warranty, as we strongly recommend not submerging the pieces in water, or exposing them to water. Bending/breaking of the frame due to force is not covered under warranty, scratches to the lenses from use is not covered. Small components which become damaged due to every-day wear are not covered.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
All limited-edition collections are non-refundable (change of mind), as there is a strictly limited amount of stock and once they are sold out, they are sold out. We are unable to re-sell them again.
